We've got great access to a number of  manufacturers, and special orders aren't a problem--they're an opportunity!

LearningTrainToys will exchange items if they remain in re-saleable condition (even if they come from other stores!*)  "Re-saleable condition" means that the original packaging must accompany the item to be exchanged, and cannot be ripped or damaged, and it must be "currently available" packaging.

*We know that a satisfied customer is a happy customer.  So, for example, should you wind up with two of the same toys as gifts, and we know most folks don't give the receipts with the gifts... Come and see us and we'll do everything we can make it all okay.

For our out-of-state friends, there is no sales tax applied to your LearningTrainToys.com purchases.  Buy Here.

Your package will arrive by UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service.

International Shipping Information Ship Methods: We ship all of our Canadian and International orders via Priority Mail through the United States Post Office.  Delivery Time: While we cannot guarantee a delivery date on international orders, we can estimate that all orders will be shipped within 48 hours. From there, UPS and the Post Office estimate delivery time of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate customs time, and we recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays. We estimate that a standard order to an international location will take 12-14 business days.

Customs and Duties: Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and vary from country to country. Customs and import duties are not included in our shipping charges. Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock Items: At times, items may be out-of-stock or back-ordered. We do not ship partial shipments to international destinations. We will attempt to contact you within 72 hours of receiving the order regarding any items that are out-of-stock or back-ordered. If we do not hear back from you, we will remove the item from your order and credit you the appropriate amount. Shipping Addresses: We require a physical address to ship orders to international destinations. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. U.S. Embassy and Consulate Shipments: Packages shipping to U.S. Embassy or Consulate addresses are considered international.

APO/FPO Addresses: APO and FPO addresses are not considered international. They are handled by the U.S. Military, and the shipping chart for domestic orders should be used when shipping to such addresses. All orders shipping to these destinations will ship through the regular U.S. mail only. We cannot ship EXPRESS to APO or FPO addresses. U.S. Territory Addresses: The U.S. territory addresses that are not considered international are: Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Saipan. These shipments are not considered international, and they follow guidelines for domestic shipments. All orders shipping to these destinations will ship U.S. Priority Mail only. We do not express to these addresses at any time.
